About the
Author
Mish started reading at an early age and first dabbled with
writing at seven. She equates writing to painting with words, such
as an artist on canvas. Her love for the written word was passed
down from her parents who were avid readers.
As a Medical language specialist she spends her workday surrounded
by words/terms.
Her love for nature is often reflected in her verse. As a
practitioner of Reiki and student of religious philosophy she hopes
to bring peace and healing into a wounded world. She classifies
herself as a "searcher" always looking for lifes answers.
Mish is an advocate for those with cancer and their
caregivers, being an active participant in the Ameican Cancer
Society Relay for Life.
